Caldwell Vineyard
We’re looking for a part-time tasting room associate to help with weekend visitors to Caldwell Vineyard, named “Best Wine Cave” and one of “Top 10 Wineries to Visit in Napa.” This is a great entry level position to learn the ropes of providing a luxury tasting room experience. Primarily responsible for supporting our hospitality manager and team, you’ll take care of all aspects of the guest experience.
Every winery has a story. Ours just happens to involve clones, cops and Cabernet. In legendary Napa Valley, John Caldwell is a legend all his own (think rock star of the wine world). The original wine industry maverick and the man responsible for “introducing” (some might call it smuggling) the most prized Bordeaux root stock and grapevine clones to California, John helped revolutionize the foundation of modern winemaking in North America. Just google him. Today, John and Joy Caldwell produce a few dozen clone-specific varietal wines from their 123-acre estate in Napa Valley’s Coombsville appellation.
We’re a bunch of hard-working, loyal, foul-mouthed, fun-loving folks with stunning wines (that sell out within months of release). We’re a get-it-done, take-no-prisoners kinda place.
Are you our kind of people?
We’re looking for a dynamic and meticulous (with a bit of mischief sprinkled in) associate to support our hospitality team and provide a beautiful tasting experience for every guest.
