Ryhan Estate Vineyards (Ryhan Winery) is seeking a responsible and outgoing individual who is over 21 for our Tasting Room Volunteer position. Must be available to work weekends. Usually only Saturdays with occasional Sundays.

 The Tasting Room Volunteer will directly manage the tasting room and occasional events in order to promote the brand, acquire consumers, increase club memberships and generate sales & profit. Key duties include all operations, sales and supervision of the tasting room, wine education, staff guidance and education.

The volunteer will set the standards for stellar customer service, develop strategies to increase customer growth and profitability, and continually improve all processes and procedures to ensure consistent excellence and success.

Candidate must have a positive attitude, and a passion for wine.  Cash register functionality is necessary.

Ryhan Winery is a family owned boutique winery who is still up and coming. Wines have won several accolades. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Repayment would be in wine (1-2 bottles max), per day.
